This is what I'm currently poking at. Very messy and subject to change, of course. The point? Holy moly. Have you been around for all the changes to house item limits? I have. I hate seeing it outdated in tables and on specific house pages, so a simple table might be a shortcut to point people to in the future and it could be -one- place to update if things change again.

There might be a few exceptions that I have to look into, but in most cases, I'm pretty dang sure that the lack of a balcony or garden is the single determining factor in the jump from 300 to 400 items limits. The table below leave room for (possible) exceptions.

Item Count By City and Defining Feature
City House Size Building Type Defining Feature Base Item Limit
All Cities Small Building type doesn't matter, it's true of all small houses (2 rooms) No enclosed garden 200
FP and Qey Medium Has a specific street address (eg. in Luice St. or Freedom Rd.) Has an enclosed garden 400
Gorowyn Medium Only 2 medium homes in this zone and both have STANDARDS in their names. Terace Standards and Gorowyn Standards 400
New Halas Medium Only 2 medium homes in this zone and both have VILLA in their names. Glacial Villa and Tundra Villa 400
Kelethin Medium Only 2 medium homes in this zone and both have YATTA in their names. Silly Yatta Acorn and Oh Yatta No Acron (made that, up until I check) 400
Neriak Medium Only 2 medium homes in this zone and both have are in Death Grotto, Walk of the Dead addresses. 1 Walk of the Dead and 4 Walk of the Dead 400
All Cities Large Building doesn't matter, it's true of all large houses (5 or more rooms) All have a large balcony 700

Hell ya, super to the point table!
