Fight the mob in his room, either on the back wall or in a corner. He has a power drain AE and will curse random raid members with a curse that will spread to other raiders if you don't get away from the raid. So if you get the curse GET AWAY FROM THE RAID, move to the opposite side of the room from the raid or go down the hall. If you can hold the mob in one corner, keep power up, and stay away if you get the curse you will win.
