If you look in the area of the Green Hood tracker near the exit to Zek, the Scourge Wastes , there is a bottle ( -208, 2, 92 ) /waypoint -208.01, 2.12, 92.35 . Clicking the bottle prevents the cutscenes within Scourge Keep from running.
