Speak to Sumit in the Hall of Necromancy ( 1647, -267, 3216 ) /waypoint 1647, -267, 3216 .
Scribe the recipe in your inventory and craft an essence entanglement device at a Workbench.
- This is done at a work bench and requires 1 amber , 2 quicksilver cluster , 2 titanium ore , 1 ethereal coal .
- Crafting stations are in the Paineel Commons at (1800.00,-299.00,3492.50) on both sides
