Have a tank pull him, maintain aggro and and start beating on him. Seetis has no self-healing but he has a HUGE amount of hitpoints. Have a healer target the tank and keep them healed. Watch the group's health and have group heals ready when Seetis casts Charging Bite and/or Maul . Swiping Claws will severely deplete your power pool so have some way of replenishing it during the fight.
