   5. Power to the Tower (93) rewards range

   2. Speak to Kuule Vilehammer near the Tower of Umber and complete the following quests:

4. Locate eight pieces of Rallos Zek's essence within Oggok (glowing white pieces of armor). Some known locations:

2. Click on the Helm of Rallos Zek at ( -347, 5, 165 ) /waypoint -346.96, 4.81, 164.64 in Oggok
