This item can be purchased from a Loyalty Merchant for 1 Loyalty Point Token .

Make sure to remove illusions any active illusions, especially race changing ones.
- Be sure that "Hide Illusions" option is not checked
Any hat/help/hood/head cover is viewed in the tiny paperdoll preview. Best to remove/hide while previewing
The presets are stored in EQ2ROOT\saved_customizations as .ecf files. You can freely move/share/post these.
The charm item is consumed and removed from inventory only when you "Accept" a new look. You can purchase, activate, play around, save your new profile, and hit cancel to apply later.
There is no longer a 1 week re-use restriction
