Receive quest items: Iceclad crab sinew , pretty shell , snow cougar pelt , and Othmir Shell Armor recipe .
Scribe the recipe, and make the Othmir Shell Armor. You'll need an ethereal filament, and a sewing table. Head back to Matthew for both.
