There is no placeholder for Stiletto.
His spawn timer was brought down to 10 minutes (??) as of LU58 .
Now only drops one copy so if i a group will have to kill repeatedly.
His roaming range may be large (among the Skindancer gnolls and across the bridge to the giants area) or a very small circuit, stopping at roughly ( 227, -21, 1345 ) /waypoint 227, -21, 1345 and ( 203, -2, 1327 ) /waypoint 203, -2, 1327 and ( 195, 2, 1295 ) /waypoint 195, 2, 1295 .
He drops only Stiletto's Orders , but you will not be able to loot them if you have the Stiletto's Orders Intercepted quest active, or have completed it.
It also does NOT drop if you have the orders already on your char or in your shared bank.
