The materials list is not right, either. Its so unclear exactly which quests it covers, but it seems to be all the Fina's retreat quests and all the Thurgadin Harbor quests, including the Tinkerer-only ones from Fenwick, but nothing else. It should say what it covers, not what it doesn't cover. But I can't change it because I can't be sure, since the quantities don't match anything. With the tinkerer quests there are 6 amber required, without them 3, so 5 is just wrong. Other numbers don't add up either. The Meet the Locals page has the list for the Fina's Retreat quests; that list seems to be more accurate but doesn't include Thurgadin Harbor. Removed fact check box on this page about who offers the quests. I added a note on the main page indicating that Matthew's quest line quests are mostly offered by Mira or Ruffin, and Misa's questline is partly offered by Arjon. The lines flow through from one to another so it doesn't matter much, upon each quest completion the NPC you're talking to puts up a new green feather. The individual quest pages are generally correct about who offers each quest, and should be the first point of reference for questions about individual quests anyway. Just in case, here's my list of who offers what (if the offerer is blank it means the quest is offered by the same NPC as the previous quest):
