New Mission System
Edit
This page is initially just a copy/paste from Void Shard Mission System with pertinent data corrected and shard-specific data removed. I've got the basic "How to get them" stuff in (except which mobs, if any, drop them), but it needs a lot more information before it's complete. Some of this stuff I'm not even sure is in-game yet, as the raid armour merchant only has 3 armour items for each archetype/armourtype combo.
Everything on the page is accurate as far as I know, but please verify as much of it in-game as possible. Some of it is based on my experiences in Beta, as my Live character is not yet high enough to run the new DD missions.

Sets?
Edit
The "sets" for the Mark armour and jewelery are not true sets, in that they don't have set bonuses. They just have similar names for pieces with similar bonuses. The old "set bonuses" are being replaced with red adornments that can only be put on raid armour. Should we list these armour pieces as sets, or as separate pieces of equipment?
Example: Daring Boots , Daring Bracers , Daring Shoulderpads is a "set" of Tier 2 Mark of Manaar armour.

- It's still okay that we label them as sets. We do this today with pre-Manaar gear all the time.-- Kodia 11:46, February 27, 2010 (UTC)
Rogue/Rouge
Edit
I noticed the spelling of the Rouge/Rogue jewelery set was 'corrected' in an anonymous update on 3/2, and the spelling for the armour set was entered as 'Rogue' on 2/24. Rogue is the correct dictionary spelling when referring to a sneaky law-breaking type, but the developers stated on the beta forums that they intentionally misspelled one of the armour and jewelery sets as 'Rouge,' stating "it's funny because the armour is red." I know that several days ago it was still spelled 'Rouge,' as I linked it in guild chat and someone remarked on the common misspelling. Has it been changed since then? I can't log in to verify right now, so I've added a FactCheck to the page. If it's not been verified by the time I get home, I'll try to check on it as soon as I log in.
Marks & TSO Instances
Edit
TSO 'shard' instances have to be scaled to base level of at least 87 (not 90) in order to get a mark of mannar from the final mob. I ran several of them [with the entire group] mentored to 86 and then to 87 yesterday; once we started zoning in to places at L87, we began seeing marks from the final guy.
