Thursday, January 7, 2016, according to Gninja in this thread , the cloud transportation system reverted to the old, pre-LU57 method, which requires multi-island connections to travel. I did not find this mentioned in the patch notes.

I see nothing in the notes about returning to the old travel system and have been to the isle since. Can you clarify where you are seeing that? The only thing I see mentions a mob Hoo'Loh being on a chain, instead of the ground and another mob giving AA. I'll update the page for Hoo'loh and The Broodmatron though. The cloud system of travel was added because the old system cause wicked lag, I can't imagine them returning to a broken travel mechanic without an explanation. Did they revert it for some reason on the TLE servers? They didn't state that in the notes you linked either, but perhaps you're thinking of another announcement or notes? Try this one instead. To confirm, I was up there today: you fly across the sky on the clouds instead of teleporting, and not all platforms can be reached from all others. Examples: the cloud platform by Sanctum of the Scaleborn goes ONLY to Gazer Isle, and the one above it goes to Ravasect and Bixie. 73.17.21.143 05:19, February 5, 2016 (UTC)

I've put together a new map, showing the travel routes as of January 2016 . I don't know how it should be added here, so it is currently available on my site.
