Talk: The Deep Forge

Something weird going on for me. Two different characters are in the same state. One level 93 and the other 95. They entered the zone and cleared out everything, except the quest goblin, Ruddybupp . The lettering appeared on the lava gateway, after the last mob was killed, but;

• the passageway pillars have not activated
• there is supposed to be a book offering the quest " Something Greater ", but it is missing

Any hints on how to proceed would be appreciated.
