Tradeskill Writs and Tradeskill Instances Edit

I wonder if tradeskill writs are limited to certain city's / Instances where you can get them.
Can good and evil aligned Tailors do the same Tradeskill writ at level 80 od do they get differnt ones?

i was digging in my log files for some check, and it turns out that they are the same, but give different faction based on your home city. my qeynosian weaponsmith was doing Fast Forged Carbonite (Rush order) which is listed here as a freeportian ts writ. also found Swords in Short Order (Rush Order) . -- Vraeth 09:32, 27 April 2009 (UTC)
