BlessingInformation

Use this template via {{BlessingInformation}} or {{MiracleInformation|blessing=yes}}

Purpose

To display an information box of all the basic information about a Blessing or Miracle's Effect or Proc.

Parameters

All of the following parameters MAY be left blank. If REQUIRED , they will be filled in with attention grabbers to attract editors.

blessing: If this is a Blessing instead of a Miracle, place any non-blank value here.
deity: REQUIRED Name of the god that grants this Blessing
name: Name of the Blessing or Miracle, without any suffix (such as (Miracle) after it)! Pagename assumed, if blank
iname: Name of the image file showing the examine info, or blank. PAGENAME used if blank
category: one of DD, Debuff, Melee Attack, Buff, Heal, HoT, DoT, etc. (see Category:Spell Type for a complete list)
categories: An option for building a list of multiple Spell Types using Template:SpellTypes . Usage looks like this: categories={{SpellTypes|Root}}/{{SpellTypes|Snare}}/{{SpellTypes|DOT}} and the call to SpellTypes can be repeated for as many Spell Types as are needed for this Spell.
target: Self, Pet, Group Friend, Group or Raid Friend, or Enemy (Default: Self)
favor: Favor points needed to unlock? this Miracle.
casting: REQUIRED seconds to cast, or Instant. DO NOT ADD "seconds" AFTER IT!
recovery: REQUIRED how many seconds before you can cast something else? DO NOT ADD "seconds" AFTER IT!
recast: REQUIRED how many seconds before you can cast this again?? DO NOT ADD "seconds" AFTER IT!
duration: How long does it last? ex. "1 min. 30 secs", "10 minutes", "15 secs", "12 hours" (Default:Instant)
range: What is the maximum distance target can be from caster, in meters? (Default: None)
aoerange: IF this is an AOE, what is the radius of effect, in meters? (Default: None)
maxtargets: only displayed if aoerange is not blank

Substitution

An easy way to load a blank page, or begin converting an old one to the newer format, is to use substitution to load an example page. Put {{subst:SpellInformationEx}} whereever you want the calling block to appear, save the page, and then re-edit it again. DO NOT USE THE BACK BUTTON!
