At rank 5, the debuff for melee (crushing, piercing, slashing) will be roughly equivalent to the defensive debuff on your current torture CA, the debuff on disruption, however, will be significantly lower. I.E. with torture IV (adept) the melee debuff is 29, disruption is 6.9, defense is 28.
