Spawning

To spawn Thalbinous , you must kill 2 groups of fiendish weedlings below the wall of ice (there are some in the next room along where curators are also), and one group of fiendish weedlings above the wall of ice. After about 30 sec, Thalbinous will spawn directly to the left of the ice wall, at the top.
To clear the ice wall, you will have to complete Punja's Progression
