During the fight, this boss will split in 3.
Burn the main (Thana) down until the second sister pops. Then hurt her until the Thana becomes vulnerable and she will split again to a third sister. As soon as you can, go back to the main and burn her down to kill her. Don't worry about the fire bubbles that pop. Once Thana is dead, even if you wipe you will win the encounter upon rezzing.
The main and the adds can AOE for vicious amounts of damage. Consider having the tank keep them busy at the outer ring near the brazier in the middle and the rest of the party at the inner ring to avoid the AOE.
Note that the main mob also has a scream that does damage and drains mana that can be interrupted. She can also de-level the tank but this ability can be interrupted.
