which allows you to eavesdrop on others.
- Wait until night (after 8pm game time) when the targets show up.
- Approach the target until you get a message about HIDDEN LOCATION and then examine the modulator to use it on the target. (9/1/12 - I get no message. I found a convoluted method that seems to get the updates consistently. Crouch, walk up to the NPC and Hail them. Back up to the waypoint and use the device.)
- Listen in on Augurer Phineas in South Qeynos across from the mage tower bridge at ( 652, -19, 142 ) /waypoint 652, -19, 142 . I could use the device here; ( 639, -18, 119 ) /waypoint 639, -18, 119 .
- Listen in on Augurer Arnon in South Qeynos near the Antonica gates at ( 429, -20, 247 ) /waypoint 429, -20, 247 .
- Listen in on Augurer Vharlan in South Qeynos inside the Lion's Mane inn (after 8pm game time).( 534, -9, 131 ) /waypoint 534, -9, 131 .
- Listen in on Novitiate Emily Shorechaser in South Qeynos near the Qeynos Harbor gates at ( 757, -19, 194 ) /waypoint 757, -19, 194 .
- Listen in on Augurer Caranthir in South Qeynos next to the Down Below at ( 383, -20, 167 ) /waypoint 383, -20, 167 .
- Finish by speaking to Towser Flizgibbert ( 692, -16, -456 ) /waypoint 692, -16, -456 in The Elddar Grove .
