To access Condemned Catacomb all members of the group must purchase an old catacomb key for 64s from Dillon Bolefreg on the cliff west of The Ruins of Caltorsis , at ( -1180, 26, -955 ) /waypoint -1180, 26, -955 . Examining the key will give you the quest, The Condemned Catacomb Key . If one member dies, they will revive inside and will not need to purchase another key to get back in. Lockout begins when you kill the first Named mob. If you evac after killing a named you'll be stuck outside, unable to get back in until the lockout timer runs out. (Evac no longer takes you outside of the zone.)
All of the quests in the zone begin with the NPCs at a camp at the very top of the cliff between The Tower of the Oracles and The Ruins of Caltorsis .

A long lost portion of the Qeynos Catacombs has been discovered, and with it a horde of dark and vile goblins. The Concordium fears that the catacomb is home to the dark mage, Vindiami the Ancient , who the Necrosis goblin clan is attempting to awaken. The Temple of Life has dispatched an emissary into Antonica to investigate the situation and recruit any willing adventurers who would like to assist in ridding the world of these dangerous evils.
