Pet pull mob into one of the side rooms (the ones with the statues) this enables you to keep the raid force from being tossed around outdoors as well as keep them in the room during fear.
Have the raid stack and then have the MA tab target throughout the fight so he can catch the eggs as they spawn. When the eggs spawn THEY MUST DIE quickly or you will get an Level 100 epic x4 add that has quite a few hitpoints and takes a while to kill. This add also has a heavy AE damage spell that hits the raid. All the while more eggs keep spawning.
Keep the raid as together as possible, kill eggs as they spawn, kill named and you will have this fight no problem. Missing too many eggs or getting the raid too spread out will cause a ton of adds to become an issue and most likely wipe the raid.
