Speak to Amaht Darmhaziz at the Mausoleum of Scholars ( 454, 244, -38 ) /waypoint 454, 244, -38 .
Go to the Library of Erudin (must be a new instance) and collect 8 pages. These pages are found on and around tables and rarely around benches. Some locations of the pages include:

Return to Amaht.
Find a chest at ( 271, 253, 104 ) /waypoint 271, 253, 104 , near the Mausoleum (Amaht erroneously tells you that the chest is near the Gardens of Erudin). A group of 3 Gruengach silencers (all 90H bruisers) will spawn; kill them.
Return to Amaht.
Go to the Royal Palace of Erudin and search for Dartain. ( 175, 224, -49 ) /waypoint 175, 224, -49
Speak with Dartain/Al'Kabor on the 3rd floor center room behind the fake wall.
Kill the last named in Royal Palace of Erudin -- El'Arad, Lord Primarch of Erudin .
Speak again with Dartain/Al'Kabor
Go to Kelethin and speak with Eva Corunno'thes ( 46, 93, 79 ) /waypoint 46, 93, 79
