Speak to Assassin Vamir ( 192, -3, 142 ) /waypoint 192, -3, 142 at the far end of Seaside Glade for hawk bait (small mole rats given 5 at a time).

Use small molerat hawk bait near the mounds of dirt in the west areas, a larger molerat will popup, click it to collect it, you need to collect 6.

When you approach the hill, you will get a message "The Great Hawk above appears to notice you."

Place 6 large molerats within the top area of the hill. The great hawk will swoop down and begin to attack.

WARNING: this guy is BIG, like the size of a griffon. and hits HARD.
