• The entrance is the "Permafrost" instance at Loc (107, -4, -1143) in Everfrost .
• a Refined Explosive Charges may be required to enter the instance for some quests. These are sold from the shady ratonga merchant near the Icegill Lake Station. This is just down the ledge near the water.
• Lockout only occurs if you kill an Epic monster. Heroic's will not initiate the lock out.
• Using Escape will zone you into Everfrost.
• Near the ice bridge leading to the castle, players may randomly be affected by Bolt of Wonder and Bolt of Bludgeoning which are long duration stun effects or Bolt of Silence which is a long duration negative effect that prevents the use of spells or abilities.
