NOTE: You have to be level 68 to receive this quest.

Steps Edit

1. Scout the Blackrunner Camp. ( 215, 90, 89 ) /waypoint 215, 90, 89
2. Kill Ahroun blackclaw and Ahroun blackstalker werewolves in that camp until you take 15 of their pelts as proof of your deeds. 10 min respawn, 7 up at a time. Vysra the Ever-Hungry updates the quest but her placeholder ( a blackrunner warrior ) does not.
3. Return to Chardasus Divok to receive a flute, Whistle of the Freethinker . If you lose the flute, you can buy another from him for 24g .
4. Go up the stairs outside Castle Mistmoore and use the flute at ( 682, 187, 105 ) /waypoint 682, 187, 105
5. Talk to Brand .
6. Return to Chardasus Divok .

Rewards Edit

• Completing this quest gives +1000 faction with The League of Freethinkers
• Whistle of the Freethinker
• One of the following, based on Class:
  • Crest of the Haven
  • Emblem of the Haven
  • Ring of the Haven
  • Signet of the Haven

Some believe that this quest (and it's subsequent quests) may be the 4th (EoF's) Epic questline, however that is pure speculation.
