2. Speak to Security Guard Shlizzh ( 78, -20, 44 ) /waypoint 78, -20, 44
3. Speak to Security Foreman Palius ( 117, -20, 16 ) /waypoint 117, -20, 16
4. Speak to an Anxious Reveler ( 91, -22, 47 ) /waypoint 91, -22, 47 who turns into is a solo easy kill.
5. Report back to Palius and wait for D'Lere to give a speech
