Pull him out of the camp with a ranged weapon, or body pull him when he's at the outskirts. If you happen to attract a bunch of his fellow Tribes-lizards... they will team up and gain some buff. Dunno if for dps or mitigation. Otherwise pretty easy. Watch for his damage reflect blood barrier. Can kill you fast.
