1. Find pages at Tinkerfest locations. They look like the usual 'fluttering paper' harvestable, but with gold sparkles rising from them.
   • In either The City of Freeport or Qeynos Capitol District (2)
   • At the Dropship Landing Zone in Moors of Ykesha (2)
   • In Gorowyn in Timorous Deep (2)
   • In New Halas in Frostfang Sea (2)
2. Return to Rosealyn in Steamfont Mountains
3. Speak to Kripkie Clatterpyle about getting the book bound. He's in the basement of Frugrin Observatory ( -962, 156, 723 ) /waypoint -962, 156, 723
4. Defeat the papernado (scales ^ solo)
5. Speak to Kripkie Clatterpyle again
6. Return to Rosealyn
