The scroll I obtained from Lilia Posey in Kelethin is written in a script that Count Jooliin cannot read. He's asked me to take it to Viiljo Aelii, a Fae sage local to the Court of the Fae that should be able to read the script and decipher the text that it contains.

Steps Edit

1. Deliver the scroll of arcane text to Viiljo Aelii ( -300, -57, 445 ) /waypoint -300, -57, 445 near Count Jooliin
2. Complete the sub-quest Repaying Viiljo's Debt
3. Talk to Viiljo Aelii after doing his quest
   • Wait 15 seconds for an animation, and talk to him again to receive a translated scroll of arcane text
4. Return to Count Jooliin
