How to Start

Examine the Refined Mutagenic potion

This Quest is a sub-quest of Premonitions of Doom .

Steps Edit

Obtain a scale from the body of Doom Lord Septimus to refine the Refined Mutagenic potion .
1. Kill Sothis and pick up the Torpor Draught on a table in his room.
2. Place this potion in the small cauldron that Katalkana, Steward of the Legion walks near to put her to sleep.
3. Kill Doom Lord Septimus .
  - You must all be in his room as the door shuts. Once Septimus is dead, this quest will update and the person who has the quest will be given a Transmogrification Elixir .
Use the elixir, then talk to Watcher Ningiza, who flies down from above.
1. If you killed Doom Guard Vimock , Jin'tiz the Cataloger , or Katalkana Steward of the Legion on your way down, you will not be able to complete Premonitions of Doom.
