The letter you delivered to Captain Eitoa reveals that the Bloodsabers have been gaining strength and preparing something big in Windstalker Village . It also reveals that Riason Hanagom is one of their leaders!

Steps Edit

1. Kill Riason Hanagom in Windstalker Village ( -1903, -30, -615 ) /waypoint -1903, -30, -615 , upstairs at the millhouse tavern.
2. Return to Captain Eitoa and she will instruct you to find a mage who can counteract the spell on the note so it can be read.
3. Go to the Concordium Tower in South Qeynos , through the red teleporter, to speak with Rune Shimmerstar ( 713, 41, 104 ) /waypoint 713, 41, 104 .
   • This is where the evil folk will have a problem... he will not speak to you!
4. Return to Captain Eitoa .
5. She tells you to find and kill a bloodsaber courier around ( -907, -32, 228 ) /waypoint -907, -32, 228 who will spawn as you run on the Qeynos Highway .
6. Return to Captain Eitoa for your reward.
