Veela Chi'neh will spawn immediately after you kill all the fairies in the nearby Riasha encounter. She will spawn with two other sirens, a Songstress mender, and a Songstress assassin both level 41^^ heroic mobs. As soon as the last fairy in the Riasha fight drops, Veela's group will spawn and aggro you instantly. Be prepared to fight, run, or feign death.
