Increased ranks will increase the duration of this attack. Target Enemy Power Scales Casting 0.5 seconds Recast 45.0 seconds Duration x seconds Range Up to 5.0 meters Resistability 22% Harder Effects: Mesmerizes target Prevents AOE (except when direct) Dispelled when target takes damage If buckler equipped in Secondary Does not effect Epic targets Resistability increases against targets higher than level z (scales with player level)
