Disease based AoE Fear & DoT called Judgement of the Faceless (every 45s) does more damage the closer you are. MT pulls to far left corner with Sanctuary up. Everyone else stays outside of the room until Judgement of the Faceless hits, then rush in. Joust all the way out of the room every 45s before Judgement hits then back in after. Adds can be mezzed, or burn them down first.
