What does this information mean?

The item to start this quest (a shifting elemental shard) drops off of "a shifting ethereal elemental" -- a, soloable L80^^^ in Trakaraptor Alley in Kunzar Jungle around ( -675, 102, 437 ) /waypoint -675, 102, 437 , ( -631, -69, 461 ) /waypoint -631, -69, 461 , or ( -548, -72, 538 ) /waypoint -548, -72, 538 . The mob has a respawn time estimated at one to two hours. When up, the mob "blinks" from place to place, only staying in one given spot for a few seconds, however it appears to translocate within a fixed pattern once it spawns. A tracker can simplify finding it, but when you do find it hit it immediately before it has a chance to blink somewhere else in the gorge. If you miss it, stay where it was, there is a good likelihood that it will re-appear at that locus again within 3 to 5 minutes. Killing it leaves the shard on the body, lootable only by a warden. It only drops one shard per kill.
