This monster is an uncommon spawn. When he is not active, he can be targeted as "Atramentor", a non-attackable pile of rocks on the ground that does not respond to hails (other than to reorient the rock pile on the ground to face the player).

His spawn is placeheld by the Rockpaw stonemaster in the same cave. Repeatedly killing him will eventually result in Atramentor's spawn.
