This is the good-aligned version of the world event quest and is repeatable. The evil version of this quest is Bring on the Blight .
Starting the Quest
Edit
In Qeynos, Speak to Seeress Ealaynya Ithis in the building at the Temple of Life . Before you can talk to her you have to talk to any blighted creature around the city.
Steps

- Talk to the Seeress Ealaynya Ithis at the Temple of Life .
- Use the given potion on any blighted citizen within the city (respawn is a few minutes).
- Return to the Seeress and you'll get the Pestilent Serum 92C another cure potion.
- Use it on 12 of the blighted citizens which you can find in all parts of Qeynos. Placeholders are healed citizens. Respawn is a few minutes.
- Return to the Seeress.
- Go and find a dark robed one either behind the mane of the lion, its behind the Lions Mane Inn ( 558, -10, 120 ) /waypoint 558, -10, 120 or above the bells within the shadow of the crown in South Qeynos.
- Kill Putnam Chortlewhirl , he is invisible and will jump you when you are near on of the 2 spots. He will also run after you if he is up and you port into South Qeynos using the mariners bell.
- Return to the Seeress to finish the quest.
