This is the evil-aligned version of the world event quest and is repeatable. The good version of this quest is Blight on the Horizon .
Starting the Quest

Before you can receive the quest, you must hail "a blighted {any race}" in your home city, and go through the text. Then speak to Hrath Everstill in Timorous Deep at ( 2640, 120, 1115 ) /waypoint 2640, 120, 1115
Steps

- Find a "healthy citizen of Gorowyn". These are NPCs labeled as "a healthy race ". Use the Hand of Pestilence on one, then return to Hrath. He gives you another item, Fist of Pestilence .
- Use the Fist of Pestilence on another healthy citizen, then speak with Hrath.
- You must infect 12 healthy citizens to infect with the Fist of Pestilence . The infection that updated the quest to this step counts, so you must find 11 more. Any "a healthy race " citizen will do. They are found throughout Gorowyn. Once that is done, return to Hrath.
- Now you must find The Conservatory of the Reborn . The entrance is at ( 2672, 137, 1333 ) /waypoint 2672, 137, 1333 and can be reached by taking the elevator in Gorowyn to the very top, and then going down the ramp to the next platform. As soon as you enter the Conservatory, you will be attacked by Sister Evvie , a solo named that scales with your level. Return to Hrath to receive your reward.
