After the weapon revamp of LU38 , when the "Dual Wield" weapon type was removed. 2 new types were added, one was " Main Hand " and the other was " Off Hand ". Few and far between, these weapons are usually very powerfully, so SoE wanted to control their slot use to maintain some balance.
