Steps Edit

1. Find and speak to Chirok Starwhisper on the opposite side of Prisoner's Isle . You will have to avoid heroic mobs to get there.
2. Slay Blacktalon guards (level 65) until you get a uncommon quest update.
3. Speak to Chirok Starwhisper again to set him free.
4. Return to Ahnjun Sprywing for your reward.
