When the effect triggers, the channeler's dissonance dissipation will be drastically reduced. This Conduit can be equipped in slots 4 through 8 on the Conduit Bar. Target Self Dissonance 950 Casting 1.0 second Recast Instant Duration Until Cancelled Level 65 Effects Applies Controlled Backlash. Lasts for 10.0 seconds. Lowers the caster's dissipation of dissonance by 100% Applies when the target of Construct's Interception or Overloaded Interception dies. Can only trigger once per 90 seconds. Will absorb all damage.
