and can be accessed after completing

's quest

. There previously was a condition that you couldn't enter the zone anymore after finishing
Fragmented Removal
, this restriction however was later lifted, so as long as you have completed or are on the quest
Crystal Caver
you can enter this zone. However in the same change the guaranteed 4 ornate chests you would recieve in this zone seem to have been reduced to a slim chance or replaced altogether by small chests which drop roughly 25g and the occasional icy adornment.
