Combat change on Testserver

Part of Sentinel's Fate and atm on testserver!
The Combat changes are now on the testserver so i try to write down an overview of the changes for equipment here.
-
Resists
- Heat and cold got changed to Elemental
- Poison and disease got changed to Noxious
- Magic, Mental and Divine got changed to Arcane

Blue stats
- Spell Crit Chance, Melee Crit chance, Ranged Crit chance, Heal Crit chance got changed to x% Crit Chance (no prefix +)
- Spell Damage, Heal Amount got changed to Ability Modifier (with prefix +)
- Spell Crit Bonus, Melee Crit Bonus, Ranged Crit Bonus, Heal Crit Bonus got changed to x Crit Bonus (no prefix +)
- Melee Base Damage, Ranged Base Damage, Heal Base Amount got changed to x% Potency (no prefix +)
- Max Power no longer has the prefix +

- Also new: since the Adornments change the equipments get slots now, atm i see only White ( empthy ) on them, so it's defo something to watch out for if it get's added or not with the expansion.
- I will add it to template if there is more information out about it to see in which wax it should get added, because it can be that an item has multiple slot.

- Are the adornments slots related with the quality and level of an item?
- Like every level 90 fabled equipment has only 1 red slot.

I prepare the
Template:EquipInformation
in my
DevTemplate2

Haven't seen really any raid itemization yet, but the fact that it's raid fabled (and not just L90 fabled in general) pretty much requires that it be a flag. I'd suggest something like adorn=| for future expandability. Then by default it would go to white slot only, and adorn=red| would give white + red adorn slots. -- lordebon 23:38, February 7, 2010 (UTC)

Im'not so sure about the White adornslot .. afaik it says white by default atm only as prepare for the real ones. So let's wait till it's live then we can see how it will work because i think there is a total of like 4 or 5 colors. --

- Not that I've seen and/or heard of. White is for normal adorns, which pretty much everything gets (just like pretty much everything is adornable with standard adorns now). The only other color I've heard of is red, for the class specific one-per raid adorns (one-per meaning you can only get the effect of a given raid adorn once. I.e., having two of them on different pieces of gear only gives you the effect once anyway). -- lordebon 14:40, February 8, 2010 (UTC)

I prepared the following changes for the Equipinformation Template:
- vsheat, vscold got replaced with vselemental
- vspoison and vsdisease got replaced with vsnoxious
- vsmagic, vsmental and vsdivine got replaced with vsarcane
- dscrit, mcrit, hcrit and rcrit got replaced with crit
- scritbonus, mcritbonus, hcritbonus and rcritbonus got replaced with critbonus
- cdamagebase, sdamagebase, healbase got replaced with potency
- rdouble got removed (just double)
- symmetry, heal, scdamage, sdamage and cdamage got replaced with abmod
