Steps Edit

Talk to Jorlak ( 18, 1, -3 ) /waypoint 18, 1, -3 in zone, you will then talk to Tavoken .
Talk to Tavoken , but must assist him before he will aid me.
Kill Ovilas Ironwing
Talk to Tavoken , then return to Jorlak and Tavoken a couple more times for update.
Return to Jorlak in Skyshrine: The City of Dracur .
