Steps Edit

1. Talk to Jorlak who will send you to the recent past in the Lyceum of the Recondite .
2. Use the Chronoportal to the Lyceum of the Recondite and speak to Jorlak to receive the subquests Hello Again, Friend of a Friend and Broken Bones
3. Upon completing the subquests you will receive the Temporal Draconic Conduit Gem .
4. Return to Jorlak in Skyshrine.
