This costs a small amount of power every time it triggers. Target Self Power Scales Casting 2.0 seconds Recast 10.0 seconds Duration Until Canceled Effects: When target casts a beneficial spell this spell will cast Infusive Wrath on target. Inflicts x-y magic damage on a target on Area of Effect Must be engaged in combat
