Steps Edit

Enter Laelium Filmalilium's apartment in Lion's Mane Inn and Tavern ( 581, -3, 134 ) /waypoint 581, -3, 134 in Qeynos Capitol District . As you enter the building it is upstairs to your left on the south side of the room.
Hail Shard of Subjugation. It finishes what it started before you went in the apartment, which is killing guards.
Hail Shard of Subjugation again. It merges with Leandre. Kill Laelium. Merge with shard again.
