How to Start

Use an incandescent wand and speak with Leandre .

Steps Edit

Go to The Academy of Arcane Science in North Freeport
- Head to your left as you enter and you will see some elevators, one going up, another going down. Head downstairs, go across left bridge that heads slightly upwards and click that left-hand door leading you to Fulania T'Nal's room ( 23, -34, -148 ) /waypoint 23, -34, -148 within the Academy's Arcane Suites.
Once inside, find and hail Fulania, finish dialog, allowing Leandre to kill Fulania
Search the corpse and retrieve Dark Elf Giblets.
Eat and enjoy being noxious for about an hour (though no damage ticks off at this time). (no need to wait till noxious is off in order to advance)
Talk to yourself again (like any self-respecting person crazy enough to eat Dark Elf Giblets would do) to further the quest.

This quest is part of the Coercer Epic Weapon Timeline , and can only be started/completed by a member of that class of at least Level 80.
