Speak with Emissary Glochk , found at the Monolith of Woe ( 1125, 151, -1899 ) /waypoint 1125, 151, -1899 in Kylong Plains , on the opposite side of the Gash of T'Thelin as Highton .

He was underground so I couldn't see him, but he was on track. I did /target Emissary Glochk and the hit the "h" key to hail him. Then he popped up.
