Mincemaw has a fairly nasty Noxious DoT called Venomous Drool.
At 50% health, any cobalt lizards in the area will agro on whomever is attacking Mincemaw. Clear them first.
Not too difficult for a Cobalt Scar named; most classes should be able to take him if they have gear and know what they're doing.
